T&C’s

  • Bookings start on the hour and for a maximum of 50 minutes. We ask you to arrive promptly but not early, and leave before your hour ends, allowing the next person access the car park and dog exercise field, at the start of their hour.  All tidying and picking up of dog poop must be completed within this hour.
  • If you arrive late you must still vacate the site before the end of the hour.  Your booking cannot be extended.
  • Dog waste MUST be picked up and we ask that you take it home. 
  • Do not drop litter or leave toys, treats or anything else on the field.
  • Do not bring your dog to the field if  have been unwell in the last 48 hours. Doing so could be harmful to other dogs.
  • You are welcome to bring puppies or young dogs, but they must have fully completed their course of vaccinations.
  • Timing is criticial to ensure the safety of your dog. Please ensure you leave before the next user arrives.
  • Do not enter the safe car park if there are other people still there. 
  • Do not let your dog off the lead in the car park.
  • Ensure the car park gate is shut properly and ensure the field gate is properly shut before letting your dog off the lead.
  • Never climb on the fencing.  If you lose anything over the fencing, such as balls etc, please let us know and we will do our best to retrieve it for you.
  • Please discourage your dog from digging in the field.
  • You can share your slot but all dogs must be paid for and you should car share if possible.
  • Everyone using Learchild Dog Walking Field must read these T&C’s.
  •  Please ensure that all dogs get along with each other
  • All vaccinations must be up to date.
  • Use of the field is at your own risk.
  • By booking you agree that use of the field and all equipment/facilities is at your own risk and you agree not to hold Learchild Dog Walking Field, its owners or staff responsible for any injury to you, and any family or friends and your dog(s) arising from your use of the field and/or equipment/facilities.
  • The field is a large outdoor space and some areas may be uneven.  Please be aware that hazards may be hidden by the grass. Rocks and stones may be hidden under the grass.   
  • Please monitor the weather forecast and dress accordingly. We are an outdoor facility exposed to the elements; in Winter the ground may be muddy and slippery.  In Summer, and hot weather, please dress suitably. 
  • No-one other than those in your party should be allowed onto the field by you. 
  • Your booked session is not transferable but if you are unable to attend, please get in touch by emailing learchilddogfield@gmail.com
  • Although we have made every effort to secure the field and we will be inspecting and maintaining the fence regularly, holes or other damage to the fence may occur from time to time due to several reasons including digging by dogs or other animals, falling trees or branches, and general wear and tear. If you become aware of any issue with the state of the fence, please let us know immediately so that we can make other users aware and so that we can fix it as soon as possible. We cannot, however, take any responsibility for any dog escaping the field whether this is through a defect in the fence, and regardless of whether we have notified you in advance or not.
  • Your dog must be up to date with vaccinations and boosters. We carry out spot checks and ask that you maintain your dog’s vaccination if you intend to use the facility regularly.  This protects not only your dog, but all of the dogs using the dog walking field. 
  • Do not enter the field while somebody else is in it.
  • Please do not leave dogs unattended in the field or in your car.
  • All toys and equipment provided by us or brought by you, are played with at your own risk.
  • Any harsh treatment of dogs either physical or verbal will not be tolerated and electric shock devices/prong collars are not permitted.
  • Children are welcome, but must be attended and supervised at all times. The field may be uneven and pose a risk to children allowed to roam without supervision.
  • Users of Learchild Dog Field and its facilities do so at their own risk and that of their dogs. The proprietors of Learchild Dog Field cannot be held liable for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness or death to either property, humans or dogs whilst using the facilities. All vehicles parked on the property at Learchild Dog Field are left entirely at their owner’s risk. The proprietors at Learchild Dog Field cannot be held liable for any accidents, damage or loss to vehicles or their contents.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at short notice.
  • Learchild Dog Field reserves the right to refuse bookings from anyone who does not adhere to our Terms and Conditions.
